The Community High yearbook, The Midnight Sun, is a student-made yearbook created in a

student-lead class. Since the creation of it's first edition, it has been an end-of-year highlight for all students. The day of distribution, students can be found throughout the halls, classrooms, and lawns of Community; gel pens, sharpies, and markers in-hand, aiming to get a signature from anyone they pass by.

 

For the past few years, students have been working with their advisor, Tracy Anderson, to

make the best yearbook possible. Although Tracy has lots of publication background knowledge, the zoom-year of 2020 was her first time being the yearbook advisor, taking over for beloved former CHS art teacher, Steve Coron. Together, Tracy and her students have learned the ins and outs of what it takes to create an award-winning yearbook from start to finish. To view our awards,
